DIRECTIONS FROM IPSWICH

From the Tesco (Copdock Mill) roundabout follow the A12 towards COLCHESTER. Take the main Capel St Mary exit (junction 32a) off the A12. This is approximately 4 miles.

From the A12 slip road turn right at the roundabout. You will be in Capel St Mary on the main Street. Follow the Street for approximately 1½ miles.

You will pass the main shopping area, the School, then St Mary's Church. There is then a sharp right-hand bend. Passed the telephone box, a sharp left-hand bend. White railings either side of the road. 100 yards after the white railings, on the right-hand side is CHURCHFORD FARM.

DIRECTIONS FROM COLCHESTER

Follow the A12 towards IPSWICH.

Take the exit off the A12 at POUND LANE (this is approximately 1-2 miles after the East Bergholt junction) before the main Capel St Mary slip road. Follow the lane till you reach the T junction. (Opposite the Church.) (The Street.) Turn left.

*There is then a sharp right-hand bend. Passed the telephone box, a sharp left hand bend. White railings either side of the road. 100 yards after the white railings, on the right, is CHURCHFORD FARM.

If you have missed the POUND LANE exit, take the main Capel St Mary slip road (junction 32a). Follow the road to the T junction. Turn Left. (The Street.) You will need to travel approximately 1 mile & then pick up the directions from the Church.*
